Job Description
The role is expected to execute variety of administrative tasks and support the department in achieving its target of technical and project management excellence in day to day activities
The success of the role would be improving the competency of team, efficiency of the project execution through driving various initiatives and measuring efficacy of the programs through regular tracking mechanism. The role reports to the technical director for AI projects at NE3-XC. Project Management experience of at least 5 years is preferred
Major Responsibilities include
- Point of contact between Engineering Managers, Project Managers , Technical director and Architects for topics themed on excellence
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing and setting up Meeting and workshops
- Driving meetings to conclusion and tracking actionable items to closure
- tracking measures to handle technical and project management excellence
- Define and set up infrastructural needs for driving the identified action points on proposed initiatives
- Interaction with external vendors if need be
- Manage budget transfer discussions with Section
Qualifications
BE , Project Management qualifications would be added benefit
Project Management experience of at least 3 years is mandatory

What you would do: Interact on a daily basis with technical director and define and execute measures to enable upskilling and ecosystem build up for AI team to aid the process of transforming into a SW Engineering excellence centre
