    CRM Analyst is required by prestigious financial services organisation. You will support the CRM Application Manager and CMO in the delivery of in-flight projects and initiatives for the business as well as the future roadmap. As the first point of call, you’ll be required to triage and conduct root cause analysis on all issues and communicate with key stakeholders. You will be highly analytical and proactive with significant CRM experience. They use MS Dynamics365 which would be ideal, however certainly not essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    CRM Application Support

    • Provide daily support for CRM requests from users. This will involve the creation of accompanying training & support materials
    • Conduct root cause analysis on issues and plan solutions with CRM Application Manager
    • Co-ordinate CRM working groups with CRM Application Manager
    • Manage helpdesk tickets in line with SLA’s and escalate breaches

    CRM Administration

    • Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related applications daily
    • Manage Users, Teams, Security Access & Roles, Access Control & Auditing
    • Create/Maintain Dashboards, Reports, Views, Charts
    • CRM Data management via Reports & Advanced Queries


    • Business Analyst support for key CRM-related initiatives and projects
    • Maintain CRM Intranet Page and comms (release notes, new features, training material etc)
    • UAT resource for new releases and features

    Key Requirements

    • CRM analysis and administration experience: Dynamics365 ideal, not essential
    • Strong documentation and process mapping skills
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • Strong Microsoft app experience (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio
    • Experienced in providing user support and best practices
    • Experience in managing and analysing complex data sets
