Michael Page are partnering with a large client who are looking to grow their IT team.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • To use the formal call logging system currently in place, and be responsible for the quality of the information recorded
  • Ability to investigate and provide solutions for Service Requests and Incidents raised to the service desk
  • Ability to recognise when a call is not readily resolvable, and how to escalate it
  • Ability to produce clear specifications relating to user problems that ensure timely and efficient solutions
  • Ability to carry out testing and investigateeport on errors found for escalation
  • Demonstrate the initiative to progress to become a key member of the Group IT team

Skills

  • Excellent customer service at all times
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience of working with remote teams across
  • Use of call/ticket logging system

Desirable

  • MS Windows, MS Active Directory, O365, Intune, MS Office, PC Hardware
  • Comfortable working within a fast and pressurised environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Using good judgement in order to understand the roles of individuals in the business and the impact of technical issues to them in order to inform prioritisation
  • Strong communication skills are essential, clearly showing the ability to communicate

Job Offer

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
