  • Filing our contracts and invoices
  • Proven work experience as an admin/Office Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
  • Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
  • Team management skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a corporate calendar of all events.
  • Preparation of letters, company letter, etc
  • Managing office supplies such as stationary, etc

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
