Hiring for Product Manager

Client: FINTECH / BANKING Tech

Job Description

• Collaborate with various partners to drive products/services by establishing a project road map, building the business case & ensure on-time/on-budget execution.

• Manage payments products – mobile wallet, Mobile payments, Prepaid card, multi-currency cards etc.

• Analyze various processes, identify gaps & implement digital solutions for enhancing the product life cycle.

• Serve as product expert to resolve Bank queries, conduct product costing & pricing, review cost sheets for profitability analysis & support sales team in growing domestic business.

• Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual analysis, and metrics versus official targets.

• To Identify needs & gaps in the product/service portfolio based on overall business, market strategy with sound market research, technological synergies & anticipated market shifts.

Experience

• University Degree required as a minimum, technical background will be an advantage

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fintech product management with total experience of 5+ years.

• Relevant experience in a Fintech Company, especially in Product Development, Product Management & Digital Marketing for international business houses.

• Experience in mobile wallet / prepaid cards / mobile payments / multi-currency cards etc.

• Well-versed with Fintech Innovations in Bahrain is an advantage.

• Strong analyticalskillset to understand user behavior, product performance, and market insights.

• High degree of self-initiative, proactive, and self-driven to drive results

• Able to think outside the box, innovate, and differentiate.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

INDEPENDENT ACTION & DECISION MAKING

The job holder has a significant degree of freedom in developing strategies to achieve assigned targets.

ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ACTIONS/RESULTS

The job holder will be assisting in for the launch of new mobile and digital products, specifically in wallet, digital payments, payroll and other FinTech projects as assigned.
