About the job
As our Data Admin Assistant, you will assist with the process, compliance and maintenance of records, data and controls. Support with monitoring compliance of adherence to processes and help drive corrective action both internally and externally across third party suppliers. Provide the procurement function with insight on commodity trends and market analysis. Reporting directly into the Head of Procurement with a dotted line into the rest of the team, you will maintain the quality of the groups data whilst support with data analysis, model building and producing internal presentations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain governance tools and processes for procurement teams
- Responsible for quality of data used in source to contract/source to pay system
- Review, analyse and report on supplier performance and support procurement teams where required
- Manage the validation and collation of procurement metrics such as monthly savings, payment terms, rebate reports, tracking and support for supplier claims
- Assist with preparation of data for use at monthly business meetings
- Manage the gathering and publishing of key market insights and benchmarks
- Good understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
- Support the Head of Procurement with adhoc administration, data and presentation producing activities

More About You
- Comfortable in helping to drive change and improvement
- Minimum two years professional experience in a Data Analyst role
- Desired experience in an admin role
- Good commercial acumen
- Desired power BI experience or similar data and reporting software
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively, strengthening internal relationships
- Creative in solving problems and passionate about continuing to innovate
- Strong numerical and analytical skill set
- Ability to manage time to meet deadlines and time frames
- Positive learning attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
