About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Brand Manager to join the Global Anchor Food Professionals team. No two days will be the same – from working on how we sell our New Zealand story to the world, to developing digital content and rolling out events and sponsorships, to educating and empowering our global teams on our brand and social media guidelines.

You’ll be a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into action and bringing new and exciting ideas to the table. In this busy role, you’ll advocate on behalf of the customer, ensuring that our brands show up consistently, in the right places, with the right tone, at the right time.

Flexible working option & open to base location: Auckland or Melbourne.

About you

This is such an exciting role with plenty of scope to make a tangible difference working globally for an iconic kiwi brand.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • FMCG brand management experience – to be a brand guardian responsible for the brand and social media guidelines implementation globally
  • Event management – manage the sponsorships, events and partnerships for Anchor Food Professionals right from providing recommendations for where we should show up, to the creative way we execute, to implementation and post-implementation reviews
  • Digital expertise – provide recommendations and best practice insights to elevate our digital platforms
  • An interest and experience in sustainability – to take our sustainability and NZ provenance story to the world by educating and working with global markets
  • Project, budget management and planning capabilities
  • Several years of experience in a senior brand manager role
  • Experience working on creative briefs with external agencies.
