Global Support Services (Fiji) Pte Limited works with its international clients worldwide where we handle clients’ needs via phone calls for them, their business or their clients throughout the world. We work hand-in-hand to support the clients’ business via the phone call support.

Our company is seeking for:

  1. Manager for Call Centre Operations
  2. Call Operators for the Call Centre

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate manner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in Nadi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensive way

Additional responsibilities for the Manager role would include:

  • Timely Reporting’s to be provided to management
  • Ensuring quality controls measures are in place
  • Looking into general operations of the business as directed by Management

Qualifications:

  • Form 7 pass or Diploma graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Full driving license would be an added advantage
