Your new role
As the Head of Business Analysis, you will be required to manage a team of 5 Business Analyst’s, this will include day-day line management, resolving problems and issues, whilst also setting and tracking objectives for the team.
A key part of the role, will be to ensure the continued maturity of the BA centre of Excellence, actively supporting the Head of PMO alongside delivering PMO capabilities. This will include developing change management strategy and subsequently implementing and embedding across the firm.
The Head of Business Analysis will also establish relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts including laying the foundations for the upcoming analysis. The role will also include cross departmental, upstream/ downstream impacts where relevant and drive consensus towards fit for purpose solutions.
Ensure successful adoption of business and IT change within the business community by maintaining engagement with the user base, enabling training and support as required & provide periodic reporting as required.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will have experience gained in a similar role, with a strong background in managing a team of Ba’s, including the day-day line management and objective setting for the team. You will have a strong track record in a Business Analysis role with a good knowledge of Business analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of Financial services is a must for the role, whilst specific Private Equity knowledge would be ideal.

Fixed Term contract – 12 months
