Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate must have at least 2-4 years of experience working in Hospitality F&B or IT industry with knowledge of Simphony POS and/or RES POS or similar products. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 90%) which can include weekends and holidays is a must.
  • Training in the POS products will be provided in conjunction with shadowing on current installs or via our in-house trainings.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in the Hospitality Industry with F&B POS implementation or user of Simphony POS or any other POS systems (Hotels and Restaurants or Hotel IT)
  • Technical experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware
  • Knowledge of Cloud based software systems
