Customer Support Specialist

Currently we’re expanding and looking for a professional who will join our Customer Service Department!

This position is based in Laos.

Please notice that CVs in English will be considered primarily.

What you will do:

– outgoing calls to clients;

– response to clients requests via chat and email;

– analyze client requests;

– regulate conflicts.
