Itexus is looking for a seasoned business development executive to join our team and accelerate company growth on the Chief Revenue Officer / VP of Business Development / Head of Sales position.
Your role will be to analyze the current company’s business development strategy, identify new opportunities, potential market niches, sales channels and partnerhips, develop and implement market penetration strategies. Create and manage your own business development team.
You will have a great degree of freedom to run things your way. You will become a member of the executive team and will receive a generous results-based compensation.
— Strategic thinking, ability to set goals and elaborate plans how to achieve them
— Experience in creating and managing business development teams
— Experience organizing lead generation and marketing campaigns
— Extensive experience in selling software development services in the western markets
— Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
— Ability to establish and maintain great relationships with the clients
— Excellent English language skills (С1 level)
Nice to have
— Experience in organizing and participating in roadshows and conferences
— Experience performing customer development and market analysis
— Knowledge in the FinTech and Finance domain
— Good marketing knowledge
