We’re Jägermeister UK, you might have heard of us… We’re on the hunt for someone to step up their relationship with Jägermeister from just being at the bar to being a full-time part of the team who lives and breathes the stuff.

Obviously, it’s not just your standard office job, it’s a whole way of life knowing that the “perfekt” way to enjoy Jägermeister is as an Ice-Cold Shot.

We’re looking for someone to help make sure every bottle of Jägermeister in the UK is exactly where it’s supposed to be, so that we can continue to bring consumers across the country the Best Nights Of Their Lives!

Do you think youve got what it takes? Heres what were offering up to the right person:

  • Salary on offer £28,000
  • 27 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Annual 10% bonus
  • Private medical cover
  • Quality company pension
  • Cycle to work scheme, eye test vouchers
  • A healthy supply of free Jägermeister products!

So, what exactly do we want you to do?

You’ll be in charge of logging all orders for UK customers and keeping on top of all the customer services interactions within our UK Supply Chain department. Making sure we’re on the same page when it comes to all UK and Global best practices is key, and you’ll be working with our whole business when it comes to making UK forecasts that are organised and accessible.

Make sure orders are completed correctly and on time, keeping those costs low and bringing the highest level of service to your work – thanks to your inevitably great planning with our third party logistics (3PL) providers.

Keep your eye on the ball when it comes to the SAP system and 3PL Provider stock management. We’re looking for accurate daily, monthly and annual, reconciliation of sales reporting, stock and duty reports accuracy with MJUK Finance team, to keep our whole business running smoothly.

You’ll be getting on and working with our team, key customers and service providers to make sure product supply runs smoothly and keeping accurate demand forecasting on track. It’s all about maintaining 100% product supply in the UK and achieving Service Providers’ OTIF and performance targets.

Each quarter, you’ll arrange reviews with 3PL and customers to get a plan of action in place, so that no issues crop up. If you can also develop automated solutions and processes to reduce our team’s manual activities, that’ll be music to our ears.

You’ll bring in and manage a cost to serve structure, while reconciling the sales file on a daily basis and put together all the accurate daily and YTD info to help us make smarter decisions.

Alongside our Operations and procurement Manager, you’ll help keep us in the loop on all stock movements and support the yearly stock taking so that we know just how much of our precious Jägermeister is here, there and everywhere.

We’ll be putting our faith in you to setup new products and customers, keeping all the data 100% correct and the SAP system reporting robust. Everything will be neatly aligned with both the UK and Global teams when it comes to reporting and accurate UK Duty payments.

You’ll also be in charge of all customer service email queries and making sure we never let a customer down – even in a crisis, you’ll be cool, calm and collected and go about getting everything resolved in the right way.

It’s all about keeping orders processed on time and accurately in SAP, plus co-ordinating Inbound container planning for Direct customers. If that makes sense to you, this might just be your perfekt job.

What skills do you need?

You’ve got to be the organised type of person who your friends rely on when it comes to getting important dates in the diary – a really impressive planner.

Your a multitasker and a self-starter who doesn’t need any encouragement to get stuck in and get the job done – plus, your attention to detail is so good, you know what’s wrong with the first part of this sentence.

Programs like Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook excite you rather than frighten you, in fact, you think of yourself as ‘pretty handy with a spreadsheet’ especially when it comes to formulae and pivot tables.

You know you’ve got what it takes to do the job well and have a natural confidence that comes across when you’re working with the wider team, communicating clearly and making a great first impression.

And what would make you the right person?

Ideally, you’ll have a relevant degree, or you’ve already proven you’ve got what it takes in a role like this elsewhere – so that we know you’ve got the skills to pay the bills.

Ultimately, our key values are what we want to see in the winning candidate – Someone who is Bold, Social, Masterful and Authentic.

So if youre still reading this and think that this is the dream job for you, fire over your CV and Cover Letter explaining why youre the one that we want to [email protected] to be in with a shot.

Please note, the role is hybrid framed and there is a requirement to work from the office 2/3 days per week, therefore it is essential you hold a UK driving license.
