Job Title: Associate PMO


Facilitate and manage all scrum ceremonies

Prepare all products sprint documents (in Confluence) partnering with team

Manage other team documentation (in confluence) partnering with team

Schedule meetings if team members have blockers.

Capture and send meeting notes for all key meetings (especially with external dependency)

Follow-up on action items and support team members to deliver the work on time

Capture risk, issues and dependencies and highlight the leads and support them as needed on resolving the same.

Partner with team and keep the Jira page organized and updated for reporting purpose

Support with onboarding new team members

Team member recruiting process

Submit reports every week by COB Friday (or last working day of the week)

Partner with technical leads and support on preparing and managing the product roadmap, timeline and status cards monthly and quarterly.

Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information

Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves

Prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects

Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries

Excellent time management and communication skills, to collaborate with teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Help prepare budgets and Analyze risks and opportunities

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Requirements And Skills

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner, Jira, Confluence etc

Hands-on experience with project management tools
