About The Role

We are looking for an Environmental Services Operative – (1 post) to join our insert team. This role is site based at S4B, 15 Brunswick Street, Manchester, M13 9SU.

The Environmental Services Operative will be visible in the Brunswick neighbourhood, offering assurance to customers by checking security, reporting defects in communal areas, taking action or reporting back as needed on a daily basis and also at weekends on a rotational basis.

Promote a safe environment by regularly testing lift alarms and reporting issues as necessary.

Ensure necessary management of communal paladin bins, ensuring timely rotation and regular clearing of communal waste chutes, and ongoing good communication with the Council’s waste collection partner.

Support community activities and events by assisting in organising events and by participating.

Embed and maintain excellent working relationships with residents.

Work collaboratively with all relevant people, including S4B partners and Brunswick stakeholders, to deliver excellent customer service.

What are we looking for?

To be successful you should hold a full UK driving licence and educated to GCSE standard.
