Job Description

We’re looking for a Building Operations Sr. Lead, EMEA to join Procore’s Building Operations department. In this role, you’ll support Procore’s Building Operations team and employees, helping make Procore an amazing place to work. As a Sr. Lead, Building Operations, you’ll partner with a wide range of departments to ensure the EMEA facilities and office are operating properly and continuously improving. You will interact with a diverse employee population troubleshooting issues, requests, and assisting with various projects. Successful candidates will be organized, proactive, and able to prioritize a wide range of tasks. No two days will be the same for this position. A strong customer service attitude is required!

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to urgent issues and tickets
  • Lead in the build out and installation of desks, and desk equipment, furniture and in conjunction with the IT department
  • Regularly perform walk-throughs of our offices
  • Build relationships with employees and create an environment for them to do their best work
  • Coordinate and drive space planning and manage office moves
  • Coordinate and drive projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate basic building repairs, and escalate issues to appropriate vendors.
  • Assist with on and off-site events setup and breakdown
  • Assist in day to day maintenance and repair of the facilities
  • Manage food and beverage program for multiple locations in EMEA
  • Interact with and lead vendors and contractors for office services
  • Build and execute on and off site events strategy
  • Bring a hospitality mindset to the employee experience
  • Periodic travel within EMEA region 6-8 times a year for site inspections
  • Support remote locations within region with projects and F&B program

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3+ yrs experience working in a professional environment
  • 2+ yrs experience in project coordination or project management across teams
  • Quality written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, in person)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
  • Customer service – must be able to interface with all guests, employees, and executives
  • Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, Office Space, Jira, Coupa, Concur, or similar software systems.
  • Respect for confidential information
  • Strong commitment to customer service, employee happiness, and company growth
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive and positive attitude
  • Asset tracking experience
  • Being bilingual is a big plus. French, German, Arabic

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
