Are you interested in building a career in the field of M&A and Corporate Finance? We are now looking for trainees to our M&A Deals team based in Turku.
As a Deals Trainee, your tasks include e.g. finding and analyzing information, financial modeling and valuation, drafting of presentation materials and other documentation as well as process coordination.
What are we offering?
As a Deals Trainee you will have the opportunity to get practical, hands-on work experience in the field of M&A advisory. You will work with our experienced Corporate Finance professionals and clients ranging from corporations to financial sponsors. You will mainly support our local Turku based team but have a chance to work with clients all around Finland and interact with PwC’s global network. We have a very dynamic working environment and relaxed atmosphere even while working hard.
What do we expect from you?
You have or are currently pursuing an academic degree within the field of Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or other relevant area. In addition you are fluent Finnish and English (both written and verbal) and have brilliant communication and teamwork skills.
We also hope you to be skilled with relevant MS Office programs such as Excel and Powerpoint.
In addition, we hope you have excellent analytical skills, passion to learn new things, ability to develop and bring up new ideas as well as high motivation to perform.
The trainee period will begin at the end of 2022 or as agreed. Duration of the internship is 2-5 months (full time).
