The Job

We have been delivering iterations of our product to the market for the better part of the past two years and are now focused on scaling the delivery side of the solution. This involves all of the user-centric tasks that span from eliciting the client requirements, to launching the client solution.

We are looking for someone to fill the role of our Traffic Manager, this is someone who holds our internal processes together. The role requires high levels of independence and an ability to determine what needs to be done to reach a goal. These phases include various levels of involvement in the following activities:

  • Plan & run scrums/stand-ups
  • Track incoming sales requests and presentation requirements
  • Presenting concepts, user journeys and costings to clients
  • Provide estimate how many additional projects can be delivered against schedule of confirmed and committed current projects
  • Being the point of contact to to receive and action client requests
  • Establishing and documenting client requirements (Kick-off Meetings, Briefing sessions)
  • Coordinating schedules and project timelines in to order assign appropriate team members to tasks in a daily, weekly and monthly timeframe
  • “Building” out campaigns by structuring them over the desired timeline
  • Managing progress of the upload of content into the system
  • Assisting with content uploads when needed
  • Approving artwork and copy internally
  • Monitoring of the quality assurance process to ensure the vision is achieved in execution
  • Point of contact with clients for all content approvals
  • Liaising with the client and Account Manager to gauge whether the intended results are being achieved in real-time

In addition to the above, you will form part of the wider product team responsible for defining new requirements based on feedback received from users as well as trends in the marketplace. Additional skills and experience that would be advantageous (but not essential):

  • Prior experience in agency, digital marketing or advertising industry
  • Exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of Games/Gamification Principles
  • Interest in brands and the future of online advertising
  • Interest in emerging technologies
  • Interest in loyalty, rewards and marketing trends
  • Baseline understanding of the attention economy
