Are you looking for a new challenge? Keen to develop your career in an ambitious professional services business? We’re looking for a Management Information Analyst to join our supportive and collaborative HR team in either Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester.
As a Management Information Analyst you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for extracting data from various HR related systems, analysing it and producing management reports, including dashboards; enabling leadership and management to make informed decisions based on key trends and performance indices.

Our Team And What We Do
Our UK HR team consists of our core generalist HR team (responsible for our UK fee earners, support staff and secretarial staff populations), Learning & Development, Recruitment, Projects, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Rewards & Benefits. The Management Information Analyst will report to the HRIS & Benefits Manager but will also work closely with the HR Business Managers and DEI and ESG teams.
Working with key stakeholders to determine and articulate KPIs and identifying the most appropriate methods for tracking and reporting on them, you’ll be responsible for analysing global HR related data including: HR indices, budgets and HR related operating costs, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and environment, social and governance (ESG).
You’ll extract relevant data from engagement surveys and integrate into HR dashboards, produce regulatory and compliance reports, and design and develop a suite of management reports, highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities for leadership to make informed decisions.

This is a busy and fast-paced environment that requires someone who thrives under pressure and who is able to build relationships with people at all levels across the business and externally.
You’ll need to be meticulous about attention to detail, have excellent organisational skills and be able to juggle tasks when required. We’d like you to be very pro-active, and take real ownership and responsibility for what you do. As you’ll be dealing with individuals at all levels you must be confident in communicating warmly and professionally in writing, in person and on the telephone and have superb interpersonal skills.
You’ll have a proven track record in extracting and analysing data from various systems and be an expert user of Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud and Page Tiger would be advantageous.
