Property Services

As part of the Council’s modernisation plans, we are reshaping and rebuilding the capability of our Property Services. This is aimed at improving public services for our residents and helping achieve more social, economic, and place-based regeneration outcomes for St. Helens.

Team Manager – Commercial Estates

Supporting the Head of Property and the Assistant Director (Property and Economy) in providing strong leadership, direction and professional advice and guidance regarding the commercial management of the Councils land and property assets and to provide professional advice relating to the full portfolio and ensuring the Council has an effective, efficient, and proactive commercial delivery of estates management services.
