Job Description:

Technical Skills:

General administration tasks

▪ Responsible for follow-up of anniversaries

▪ Egencia Reiseportal – administration of users – retrieve reports

▪ Facebook approve and delete users

▪ Manage company cabin (information, allocation and follow-up)

▪ Assist with ordering supplies, coffee and furniture

▪ Issue a requisition for the purchase of computer glasses

▪ Assist managers with flight bookings, meetings and other events

Administrative tasks to support Successfactor specialist tasks

▪ Process changes (approval requests) daily in SF

▪ Follow up and process inquiries to the SF post (mainly from AK/managers/salary) daily

▪ Support/user support for AK/Managers/support functions (some also directly for

users/employees) in EC,REC,ONB

▪ Information to org., AK or managers regarding updates/changes etc. in EC, REC, ONB

▪ Changing information about employees at level 6 and above; for example; change of

title, department, salary etc.

▪ Relocation of employees through internal recruitment and creation of further

employee relations across AS

▪ Excerpts from various reports

▪ Be a deputy for SF responsible in case of vacation/absence

▪ And after a while: Escalate, and help with other tasks

▪ In the role, you will learn success factors and will also support key administrative tasks for the

HR team and company managers.

▪ You are expected to be accurate and structured with an eye for detail

▪ Good IT and Excel skills

▪ Ability to prioritize and plan ahead to meet strict deadlines
