Who do we need?
Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of related experience because as a Coordinator, you must have a can-do attitude, be willing to learn and have a strong attention to detail and overall quality. You are proficient in Microsoft Suite, and have a good grasp of MS Office/Excel/PPT, etc. You can confidently deal with suppliers, media and other stakeholders. A basic understanding of PR is a good-to-have but not a must-have, as long as you are willing to learn and can quickly build relations with your team.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Social Impact & Consumer team, including support with supplier relations, bookings for media trips, preparing media monitoring reports, desktop research, etc.
What will you be doing?
- Booking flights/hotels
- Providing logistical support
- On-ground event support
- Media follow-ups to confirm attendance at event
- Media follow-ups to confirm coverage after event
Account Team Management
- Provide support to account teams on an ad-hoc basis, including minute taking, support on developing presentations, etc.
What do you need to apply for this role?
- 1-2 years related experience in a similar role with a reputed company/agency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong poise and professionalism
- Bilingual preferred (Arabic/English) but English speakers would be considered
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
