Key Responsibilities

Salary: circa £21,326 per annum + good range of benefits + London weighting

Contract: Fixed term – up to 12 months (maternity cover) – 36.5 / 30 hours per week (full-time) part-time considered)

Based: London / Hybrid

This is an exciting job opportunity for an enthusiastic person interested in – or with existing experience of – working in the charity sector. Equally, if you have experience in a team coordination position this may be the role for you!

Specifically, The Role Calls For

  • Administrative and/or office experience, with great problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan pro-actively, attention to detail and reliable in following up on multiple tasks and competing demands.
  • Work effectively to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to track team budget spend and monitoring variances, as well as processing invoices.
  • Flexible self-starter and team worker. Can work without close supervision.
  • Confident user of MS Office.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to offices in Milton Keynes and London
